KATHMANDU, July 2: Altogether 64.31 percent examinees passed the School Leaving Certificate exams 2066, the Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur announced on Friday.
According to OCE, altogether 247,689 out of the 412,592 regular students have passed the examinations this year. Among them, 16,859 students secured distinction while 93,339 passed in first division.
In the exempted category, 12,270 (29.18%) students have passed their exams.
A total of 17,000 students were able to make it through with grace marks.
Likewise, 427,051 students who have failed in two subjects will be allowed to reappear in the chance exams to be held from Shrawan 30 to Bhadra 6.
